On Saturday, October 18, the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University hosted a workshop for high school teachers. The full-day program featured four lectures from various fields of the social sciences, delivered by experts from the faculty. Each session included time for questions and follow-up discussions.
The workshop offered new ideas for teaching, practical tips, and inspiring discussions. The participants were welcomed by FSS’ Dean Stanislav Balík in his opening remarks.
The seminars were led by Markéta Pitrová from the Department of International Relations and European Studies, Pavel Pospěch from the Department of Sociology, Martin Vaculík from the Department of Psychology, and Lenka Waschková Císařová from the Department of Media Studies and Journalism.
The workshop was offered free of charge as part of Masaryk University’s lifelong learning program. All participants received a certificate of completion.
