MjUNI is an initiative of Masaryk University designed for children and young people aged 9 to 18. At FSS, more than 200 participants attended 14 lectures and workshops led by faculty members. The topics were wide-ranging, covering areas such as the relationship between digital media and politics, creative writing, and a lecture exploring violence and football.

The primary aim of MjUNI is to promote the sciences and scholarship among young people and to inspire them to pursue further education. The program helps participants broaden their horizons, develop critical thinking skills, and gain a clearer understanding of the potential academic and career pathways that exist. By experiencing the university environment firsthand, children and teenagers gain inspiration, self-confidence, and motivation to continue learning beyond the classroom—fostering a lasting relationship with knowledge and lifelong learning.
