News from the Office for Research and Project Support

The Office for Research and Project Support is entering its fifth year at the Faculty. It provides technical assistance to those submitting proposals, administratively secures methodological support, provides training in project administration, and searches for suitable grants and calls for FSS. Over the past 4 years, they have helped researchers submit 335 applications and have obtained 121 project applications! This year, the new program frameworks are being launched, for easier orientation, you can find them on the website under Horizon Europe and Operational Programs. December also saw the approval of the long-awaited SIGMA program of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TAČR), which will support projects focusing on the social sciences, humanities, and art studies, as well as beginning researchers. Two of its sub-objectives build on the already completed ZÉTA and ÉTA programs. The Office is also newly taking over the agenda of the ERASMUS+ KA2 program which deals with cooperation on innovation and the exchanging of good practices.
