Working Group HR Award – a group consisting of selected representatives of individual departments and institutes at the FSS.
Steering Committee HR Award – oversees the activities of the Working Group HR Award. It is headed by the Dean of the faculty, as well as the Faculty Bursar and Vice-Deans for specific matters.
University Working Groups – faculty representatives regularly participate in university-level working groups focused on innovations in areas such as Open Access, Gender Equality, Staff Evaluation, Talent Management, Development and Training, Career Counseling, and others. Through this cooperation, university practices and insights are effectively transferred to the faculty level, significantly contributing to the development of HRS4R.
