It is our great honour to invite you to the diploma ceremony, i.e. to your graduation!
The graduation will take place on either Thursday, 31 March or Friday, 1 April. The specific time and date will be specified according to the number of graduates. If you wish to attend the graduation, and we hope you do, please register no later than March 6. If you are not in Brno, and still wish to attend, you can still do so! We will arrange it so you can attend the graduation virtually and participate.
Participation is charged at 250 crowns.

Information on attending virtually:
For those of you planning to attend virtually, we kindly ask that you complete and extra form with your location, so that we can try to schedule the English graduation at a time that will suit everyone. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will be a normal time zone, and it will depend on the students who register.
We will take digital photos and video for each graduate. Additionally, the graduation will be streamed (links will be shared with attendees) so your family can join if they are unable to travel.

If you are unable to attend the graduation, or if you have already attended, and would still like to stay in touch with the FSS, please share us with your private e-mail in this form. We will be happy to send you news from the Faculty of Social Studies (maximum twice a year) or invite you to events for graduates.

On December 11, 2024, our students gathered to celebrate Czech Christmas, an event hosted by the International Office. They enjoyed decorating gingerbread cookies and creating their own Christmas cards, immersing themselves in the festive spirit.
Despite the less-than-ideal weather, many international full-degree and Erasmus students joined the Faculty of Social Studies for a memorable hike around Brno Lake to Veveří Castle on October 26, 2024. The 8.5 km trek, which took approximately 2.5-3 hours, brought everyone together to enjoy the scenic route.
