Masaryk Model United Nations 2024
Masaryk Model United Nations 2024 (MUNI MUN 2024) brought together 140 delegates from diverse academic backgrounds spanning six faculties of Masaryk University.
The winners of the 2021 FSS MU Dean's Award were announced during the Faculty Days on 22 April 2021. A total of four academic staff members and four students were awarded. Below you will find the names of the award winners as well as a short video of the awardees.
We congratulate all the awardees and thank them for their excellent academic work.
Dean's Award in Teaching and Education
He receives the award for quality teaching for being rated positively by the most students in the student survey.
Dean's Award in Research
The award recognizes her excellent systematic international research on the impact of Brexit on international politics and its subsequent publication in a number of prestigious international journals.

He receives the award for his excellent publications and first-rate project activity.
Ivo Možný Award in the field of social contribution
The awardee managed to combine in an extraordinary way her research project entitled Parenting Behind the Bars and her work as a representative of the field of social work, the SPSP department, and of FSS.
Dean's Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Students
He receives the award for his outstanding academic performance and activities within his studies.
Dean's Award for Outstanding Master's Students
The award recognizes his excellent creative, pedagogical, and representative activities connected with running Studex TV and MUNI TV.
Dean's Award for outstanding students of study programs conducted in English
She receives the award for her excellent academic performance and activities within the context of her studies.
Dean's Award for Outstanding Ph.D. Students
He receives the award for his exceptional study, research, and publication achievements, and for his broad portfolio of academic activities.
Awardees answer questions about what motivates them in their work, what comes to mind when you say FSS, what they have missed most about FSS during the pandemic, and who they wanted to become when they were growing up.

The English International School of Bratislava, comprising 15 students and accompanied by two teachers, paid a visit to the Faculty of Social Studies. The International Relations Office prepared a captivating program for them.
