Simona Koryčánková re-elected as Dean of the Faculty of Education
Masaryk University’s Faculty of Education will be led by its current dean, Simona Koryčánková, for another term. In a secret ballot held by the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Education, Koryčánková received 17 votes. Her opponent, historian Marie Koldinská, received 3 votes.

Autumn 2026 Orientation Week Welcomed International Students to Faculty of Social StudieS
The Faculty of Social Studies welcomed its newest cohort of international students with an engaging Orientation Week designed to ease their transition into academic life in Brno. Beyond the formal program, the Faculty plans to organize two autumn events—a barbecue and a hike to Lake Veveří.
