English International School of Bratislava visited the Faculty of Social Studies

Recently, the English International School of Bratislava, comprising 15 students and accompanied by two teachers, paid a visit to the Faculty of Social Studies. The International Relations Office prepared a captivating program for the students ensuring they had the opportunity to explore the fascinating aspects of the faculty.

The day commenced with a tour of the faculty's library, offering the students a glimpse into the wealth of resources available including study rooms, computer labs, and the book depository in the basement. The library has so much information, and the students were excited to see all the things they could learn.

After that, the students met our excellent bachelor students and student ambassadors. They shared their own stories and gave the visitors a peek into what it's like to be part of the Faculty of Social Studies. Prospective students had a chance to ask any questions regarding the admission process, details of the study programs, exams, thesis. They were also curious about dormitories, extracurricular activities and living in Brno as a student.

Then, the group got to explore the faculty's radio station. It's run by students and is a place for creativity and expression. They could speak in the microphone and see the technical equipment.

The highlight of the day was the awesome view from the faculty's rooftop. Climbing up there, the students were treated to a fantastic view of the whole campus. It was like being on top of the world, and everyone loved it.

Thanks to the careful planning by the International Relations Office, the visit was a big success. It wasn't just about books and classrooms. It was about meeting interesting people and getting a taste of what makes the Faculty of Social Studies a great place to learn.
