| Popis | The paper briefly describes the research on Slavic identity with an emphasis on methodological procedures in the field. It takes a closer look at the place of Slavic identity in Slavic research and selected concepts that represent its heuristic concepts. Attention is further devoted to the anachronistic use of the concept of Pan-Slavism, the perception of which often goes beyond a specific historical framework, thus leading to its misinterpretations. This is an attempt to conceptualize the research, to introduce its terminological apparatus with the integral concept of Slavicity and its translation into English. |
