Popis	In my paper, I try to capture the phenomenon of hymnal books in the broader context of so called libri cantuales in a perspective of lonque durée. My research area is primarily the Czech lands, and I rely on in-depth research of sources relating in particular to the Margrave of Moravia, where two vernacular languages, German and Czech, were used in historical perspective.
