| Popis | This text offers a look back at the whole issue of the Third Pillar of Missile Defense from the perspective of long-term characteristics. In this regard, it will focus on the onset and course of negotiations with the U.S., the formulation of national needs and priorities and, ultimately, the internal context of the whole process. After analyzing the actual negotiation process, the submission will focus on the reactions of both countries to change U.S. plans, which is associated with a person of a new President Obama. |
