The present project aims to conduct experimental studies to identify the impact of various dimensions of media multitasking activities in generating prosocial and aggressive behavior online. Here we conceptualize and differentiate media multitasking behavior along three cognitive dimensions by employing a multidimensions framework of media multitasking behavior. Besides, the project will study the mediating variables explaining the relationship and will also study the moderating effect of individual-related variables.
