• Popis: What is democratic decay and what does it have to do with court packing? In my contribution, I characterized democratic decay as a process based on the executive aggrandizement of elected leaders and discussed how court packing can be a technique of what Levitsky and Ziblatt have called 'capturing the umpires'.
